Hours and Holidays

Building entrance doors and elevators are open to tenants, visitors and messengers according to the following schedule:
 

  • Weekday Hours:  6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Weekend Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
     
  • Buliding Holiday Closures:

      New Year's Day
      Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
      Memorial Day
      Independence Day
      Labor Day
      Thanksgiving Day
      Christmas Day


Outside of these hours and on holidays, the building is secured, and tenants must use their access keys to enter the building and access the elevators.

 

Holiday Closures - JBG SMITH Property Management Office 

The Property Management office is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day   
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day    
  • Inauguration Day
  • Presidents Day    
  • Memorial Day 
  • Juneteenth 
  • Independence Day 
  • Labor Day
  • Indigenous Peoples Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day*    
  • Christmas Day    

*The Property Management office will be closed the day after Thanksgiving.

If you need building services on any of the above dates, please submit your request for after-hours HVAC (heating, ventilation or air-conditioning) or janitorial services via this link to the JBG SMITH Connect.

Please submit your request as soon as you know you need the services.  You will be billed for these after-hour services per the terms of your lease.
