    JBG SMITH outdoor spaces provide an inviting urban escape for our tenants - the perfect 
    places to bring your lunch or laptop, connect with colleagues, or take a moment to relax 
    during the workday.   

Dulles View tenants can enjoy the thoughtfully designed, multi-purpose outdoor courtyard located just outside the main entrance, featuring:

• Lounge seating
• Bocce court
• Ping pong table
• Fire pit
• Conferencing area with high-speed Wi-Fi.
• 90" TV for presentations

The outdoor coutyard is open for tenant access during normal building hours.  

To reserve use of outdoor plaza space for a private meeting or gathering, please submit a request through the JBG SMITH Connect portal.
