Rent Payment

Rent is due on or before the first of each month.  It is the tenant's responsibility to forward the rental payment in compliance with their lease.  Please reference your Tenant ID#, Building Number, and Lock Box Number on all payments.

Please contact the Property Management team for wire transfer/ACH transaction instructions.
